This on-campus student housing project features 120 apartment units containing both studio and 1 to 3 bedrooms while standing six stories high. Located within walking distance of Old Town and Colorado State University, Prescient designed a first-floor boutique retail space, with a state of the art-fitness room, outdoor courtyards on the second floor with terraces overlooking idyllic College Avenue, and secure underground parking. Prescient’s team coordinated with OZ Architecture on each floorplan to maximize livability and functionality. This project marks the second project with CA Student Living.
