Tanner’s House / Brent’s Place Too
Tanner’s House, originally named Brent’s Place Too, hosts 16 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and four hospitality suites in a 47,032-square-foot structure.
The Prescient project area within the building is 28,716 square feet. This may seem to be a small project for Prescient to undertake, but it has a big purpose. The mission of Brent’s Place is to provide safe-clean housing and improve the quality of life for children and families living with cancer and other immune-compromising conditions.
These apartments and three other complexes provide a temporary home away from home for children and their families at no cost while they are undergoing treatment at the Anschutz Medical Campus and Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital. This new three-story structure features a movie and game room, play areas, outdoor recreational space, and laundry rooms on every floor.
