Generation Atlanta
Generation Atlanta is a towering 17 story, market-rate apartment building on Centennial Olympic Park Drive in downtown Atlanta.
Kaplan Residential, CBG and Niles Bolton Architects chose to use the Prescient system for Generation Atlanta since it reduced total development costs enough to enable the building to comply with Atlanta’s initiative to promote more affordable housing among competitive market-rate units. Kaplan held the land for several years, exploring stick built and concrete alternatives before finding Prescient as the solution to make this iconic project pencil out. This project was featured in Urban Land Magazine’s 2019 Spring Issue.
