Element Denver Downtown East

Alliance Investments, H&H Hotels, and Michigan-based Promanas Group co-developed this LEED-Certified Element by Westin hotel in Denver’s historic Golden Triangle neighborhood.

The project was an integrated design-build with The Beck Group. The first two floors of the hotel – the lobby and the parking structure – were constructed with cast-in-place concrete, and floors three through seven utilized the Prescient structural framing system.

With 118 rooms and 39 suites, Element is a sustainably designed and operated facility, and benefitted from incorporating the Prescient System, which delivers up to nine points towards LEED Certification thanks to the high content of recycled steel in the framing components, manufacturing taking place less than 50 miles away, and minimization of job-site waste.
