Edison at Rino
Once an industrial center, Denver’s River North has transformed into a destination for artists and tech start-ups, becoming the RiNo Arts District.
Industry Apartments, originally named Edison at RiNo, became one of the first residential developments in this transformation.
At eight stories with 277 total units, the one- and two-bedroom residences are sandwiched between double-height townhomes on the first floor, and “hero” units on the top floor, which feature curtain walls. To streamline construction, the project used Prescient’s cutting-edge prefabrication techniques. Prescient’s proprietary load-bearing metal stud wall system allowed the project to be built quickly and economically, averaging a pace of 5,000 square feet per week.
