Arterra
Arterra KC is a 12-story luxury residential tower and the first high-rise apartment project to be built in the Crossroads Arts District area of downtown Kansas City.
The 183,000-square-foot tower features 126 state-of-the-art residential units (studios, one-, two- and three-bedrooms), first-floor retail, an integrated parking garage, best-in-class amenity spaces featuring an infinity pool and a 12th-floor suite offering unparalleled views of the Kansas City skyline.
Arterra is the first building in Kansas City to be built using the Prescient System, and enabled the architects to include staggered balconies to create a playful, dappled pattern along the building’s north facade. Using the Prescient System, the developers were able to elevate the structure to 12 stories and create a viable prospectus.
