Alexan Cherry Creek Apartments
Alexan Cherry Creek is an eight-story, 173,443-square-foot apartment building in metro Denver with seven stories of Prescient structural framing.
The design of the building features both extended and recessed balconies – which were easily incorporated within the Prescient System, a resort-style pool, and a distinct top floor profile with an extended roofline and floor-to-ceiling windows. The building hosts 164 apartments, with an average size of 904 square feet.
